# Sample and reference metadata

- `hprc86_samples.tsv`: 172 phased assembly accessions/URLs, published checksum URLs, and annotation archive members for 86 HPRC donors.
- `ipd_manifest.json`: pinned original URLs, sizes and SHA-256 values for the 24 IPD 3.65.0 FASTAs used in matching.
- `expected_results.json`: historical counts and semantic hashes over the per-copy assignments, used to check reproduction.

The Arab/Saudi donor/interval metadata and public haplotype crosswalk are in `../inputs/extra_evidence/`. Their source-binding evidence is in `../provenance/`.
