Provenance binds each output to its finalized inference receipt, frozen paired-read hashes and database/code hashes. HLA*LA's full ambiguity table is additionally hashed at post-completion collection; its G table is hash-bound by the inference receipt. Only table paths are normalized if needed; original and public table hashes are recorded. No raw reads, read identifiers, alignments, reconstructed sequences, credentials or private filesystem paths are included. Original input material is not redistributed. Supported scores: OptiType classI exact2field after identity harmonization; SpecHLA numeric2/4field with its explicit3.65annotation/3.38mapping mixture; HLA*LA common-G projection only. Native HLA*LA G classes often cannot identify a unique numeric2field name; their numeric-resolution diagnostic is not algorithmic accuracy. Historical G-name identity is not independently certified. None of these historical/mixed references is claimed fully database-matched3.65. OptiType crosswalk ambiguity likewise must not be attributed solely to algorithm error. T1K-genomic comparisons use the same donor/read receipts, eligible truth cells and resolution. Truth is inherited assembly-derived SOURCE_RECORDS, not independently raw-read validated. Gene/region denominators and family-cluster uncertainty are supplied;26 donors use explicitly listed singleton fallback for missing family metadata, which does not certify independence. These are exploratory supported-endpoint comparisons, not an untouched-test claim. MANIFEST.sha256 verifies public files. Source receipt/code hashes refer to immutable private execution evidence; public curated provenance omits command paths and runtime installation locations.
