# Graph and reference experiments

[Completed release 2026-10-21](2026-10-21/) contains scores, interpretation, execution and recovery evidence, and pinned software/database versions. See the [results summary](../RESULTS.md) and [version manifest](../SOFTWARE_DATABASES.json).

The tested graph and linkage interventions show no clear aggregate benefit. Population-specific cores recover additional IPD-genomic-unmatched gene copies; these are not independently certified novel alleles. These are developmental evaluations, with endpoint-specific denominators and uncertainty documented in the release.
