Nilesh Chakraborty is pursuing his master's degree at the University of Bonn, while working as a research assistant at the Smart Data Analytics lab. His research interests include deep learning and natural language processing, with an emphasis on knowledge graph analysis, question answering, and financial quantitative analysis. Previously, he has worked as a research assistant at AKSW, University of Leipzig, and the Intelligent Systems Lab at the University of Bristol, and has participated in Google Summer of Code multiple times. He is a contributor of SANSA, which will be used in Bio2Vec. Also, he will work on knowledge graph embeddings, link prediction and neural reasoning, and will apply them to the life science cases in Bio2Vec.
